It's a good product, but when I get it I immediately cut it into four equal pieces, wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them. When I use a piece, I add mushrooms, green pepper (piman), onion, or other veges or cooked fish or meats --the pie cooks too fast for raw meats or fish. My advice is to defrost the 'za, and fire up the oven to its highest temp before you put the pizza ('za) piece in the oven. For easier cleanup, use a piece of parchment paper under the pizza. For me, it's the closest to US pizza that I can get in Japan. Yeah, I understand that I can go to a pizzeria and get something more delicious, but that requires a complicated process that I am not willing to negotiate. I will buy this again and again.
