娘と飲んでいるサプリでもあって違うパッケジで来たときは不信感を覚えました。前に飲んでいたものがまだ残っていたので中身を比較したところ、今回買った違うパッケジで来たサプリのキャプセルが固くて飲用するのを恐ろしかった。海外直送だったため、返品するか迷いましたが面倒くさくなり結局返品しないでいたが、サプリがなくなったため、どうしたらいいか困っています。

が、しか～し！絶望しました！！！！！
まさか、amazonで、この様な商品を扱っているなんて！ガッカリ！
二度と買いません！お金を返して欲しいです。
送料を無料にする為に４個も買ってしまいました。
今迄愛用していた、VITAMIN WORLD商品（知り合いのお医者様が本物と検査済みの商品を分けて頂いてました）とは、味が全く
違います。
月見草オイルは偽物が多いと聞いたことがあります。偽物は、サラダオイルが混ぜてあるとも聞きました。
この価格では期待してはいけなかったのかな？　本物を探します。

Use to have to go to the toilet at least once nightly. But after taking 1 capsule of Nature's Way Efagold Evening Primrose at around 5pm everyday, I am able to save the trips and continue my night sleep peacefully. Had tried many brands but never work as well.

Evening primrose oil is amazing stuff. I had spent countless hours researching supplements and foods to help support female health, primarily relating to regaining/maintaining hormonal balance and breast health. The more I read about evening primrose oil, it began to sound like the "female miracle pill" to solve pretty much any issue going on. You can read all about it in length on various websites and how it is used for hormonal balance, PMS-related symptoms, migraines, menopause, etc. It also is listed to help with many skin conditions such as eczema, acne, and rosacea. I didn't suffer from any of those (except of course, I am not perfect and have had minor acne occasionally) but I will state that after a week or so of regularly taking this product I could visibly see a positive change in my face/skin. It just sort of radiated and looked more youthful and glowing and just overall nicer. And though I never had much of an acne problem, since taking this pills (for almost a year now), I have absolutely clear skin 99% of that time. And oooh boy those few times I got a few blemishes I was upset! How dare you body, I thought we had an agreement as long as I fed you delicious Nature's Way Evening primerose oil!! ;) In my opinion, everyone (esp. every female) should take evening primrose oil. I recommend this product (it's the one and only I've ever taken) because no one researches more than I do and I am confident I settled on the best product out there to deliver the goodness this plant provides. As far as read, getting a cold-press extracted product is very important to ensure quality and effectiveness.

I carefully selected this product after reading up on the effects of Evening Primrose oil on feminine problems, particularly heavy menstrual bleeding, endometriosis, and the like. I have found that one capsule in the morning when I am not on my monthly, and two in the morning while I am, has stabilized my time and made things much easier. Specifically, I have very little cramping whereas my cramps had been so bad I would vomit and was unable to eat, somewhat lighter bleeding (I no longer need blood stabilizers and expanders during my time), and the actual schedule of my time (no more 20-30 day monthlies, more like seven to nine days- around the same time of the month). I've been using the product for nearly a year, and will continue.

I do want to point out one thing that happened when I was trying to get the dose right. I did take too much in the beginning, and it correlated to getting boils all over my legs. They eventually drained and healed, but only after I deduced that I was over doing the oil. I did purposely over do it after they healed for a controlled period of time, and the boils returned until I lowered the oil intake.
If you'd like more information on the oil itself or on dosages for the oil, I recommend the book "Dr. Duke's Essential Herbs: 13 Vital Herbs You Need to Disease-Proof Your Body, Boost Your Energy, Lengthen Your Life". He's fun to read and has a very comprehensive, yet concise, view of the topic. For more info on the book, I wrote a review on the hard back copy. The book is available on Amazon or from your local library.

I can see a difference in my skin and nails, and I think my hair is getting thicker too… but I’m also taking beef liver and zinc supplements so it could be from those. Sometimes I poke the capsules and apply this to my face as well, it makes my skin really soft!

I'm currently on 20mg of Prozac per day. 2 weeks ago I started taking EPO (2 pills a day, the recommended dose). About 3 days after starting, I began to get really weird feelings in my body. For starters, I began to get incredibly moody, like the smallest things were making me freak out. It was as if I was PMS'ing something CRAZY! I also began having very intense rolling back pain. It would start from the back of my head to my tailbone and felt like an electric shock. My muscles were so tight and painful in the morning and throughout the day. I began to get diarrhea and by the weekend I was having restless sleep. I couldn't get to sleep at all, was waking up 3 or 4 times during the evening, and having very weird visuals when I'd close my eyes and try to go back to sleep.

I didn't really put all the pieces together until a few days ago, when I did some deeper research on EPO and drug combinations....and realized I had given myself Serotonin Syndrome. I am BEGGING YOU....if you are currently taking an SSRI, PLEASE do not combine it with EPO. The side effects were extremely scary and I'm only just starting to feel slightly better. The brain fog is beginning to lift and today is the first day I am not about to fall asleep at my desk.

Why am I giving this product 4 stars you ask? Because it worked. I'm really really sad to have to stop taking it. I have had terrible acne and eczema all my life. I've done antibiotics, Accutane, steroids, gluten free diets, vegan diets, skin peels, weekly facials, you name it! In the 10 days I was on this, it cleared up my hormonal acne. I always break out terribly right before my period. Well, I just started my period and my skin is the smoothest it's been since I was on antibiotics last time.

So that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I think if you can take this product, you absolutely should. But again, I repeat, if you're on an SSRI....PLEASE SKIP THE PILL AND ONLY APPLY EPO TOPICALLY!

I've learned my lesson about going the purely homeopathic route. Even if something is a plant or a vegetable, it can still have an adverse effect on your body. We seem to forget this when using natural products. I'm really hoping I feel 100% again soon. This was actually such a traumatic experience, that it's led me to write my first Amazon review. P.S. EPO also interacts with aspirin and others meds. So please do your due diligence.
